And with that, we move on...
CASology has a new word this week, and it quite stumped me until I was trying to get to sleep last night. A giant ping shook my brain, and I knew that I would have to answer. Fortunately, I went right to sleep after that, and was able to make this card this morning in just a few, quick minutes. First, the new word.
Now for my word:
I have to apologize for the not-very-good photograph. Still raining here, and with the overcast skies, even my best-ish lighting wasn't enough. But I think you get the idea. I think it's a good card for graduation. Inside it has that nice sentiment "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams". Ready for the deets? Okay.
Bazzill white cardstock base, scrap of navy blue (insert a squeency happy dance here), a computer generated world map, and while you really can't tell, I added glossy accents to the land masses. I used my Cricut for the letters and the arrows. That's it. Easy peasy. Happy dances everyone.

WOW! CLEVER, CLEVER, CLEVER AS EVER!!! You are seriously going to have to try to somehow bottle those 'pings' and sell them (how about call them Ring-a-ping...whenever you need inspiration you just ring up a ping!
I zoomed in on the photo and I can see the glossy accents! The arrows are also an amazing idea! You go girlfriend!
A blogging and texting grandma...how cool is that ?

I love your ping-y brain - I think this is a fantastic card - I love it as a graduation card! As for being old, my nephew was shocked that I know what lol! means - told me I'm too old to be using it! I do use FB and I'm on Twitter, but have never really figured it out. Thanks so much for playing along with us at CASology this week!

I'm happy dancing right along with you. Great card! I'm posting mine tomorrow. No ping, just a crazy song that wouldn't leave room in my brain for any other idea.
I wish my brain would PING a few times in the middle of the night if THIS is the result! LOVE this card...perfect for a graduation card! Thanks for joining us at CASology this week!
I always love reading your posts and hearing about what goes on and this is such a sweet story. And one amazing card, love those big letters with the world behind them, just so fun and so clever.
This is a genius card for graduation, Bevie! She will love it, as will a lot of other graduates once the image is pinned and spreads via your BLOG, hip Granny, and Pinterest, and lots of card makers CASE it for their graduates!!
I love how you backed the letters with the images of the Earth. Great symbolism and big impact.
