It's been a while since I've played at CASology. Heck, other than yesterday, it's been a while since I've played anywhere! But I am determined to get back to normal, and that means crafting and playing. The Cue Card at CASology is:
And while I am at it, I'm throwing this card into the challenge at Time Out, which has a Christmas theme with the option to use pink/purple. I opted out of the option.
I'm hoping that my card qualifies for CASology. It has layers, but it also has loads of lovely white space. If it's too froo-froo, I hope the DT removes it from the gallery.
All Michaels white cardstock. The frames are from ME, the 'winter' die is from EP, and the snowflakes are from LF. I cut the heart with my Silhouette. Those snowflakes were cut in glitter paper, but the sparkle doesn't show up in this photo. And yes, I put all those little bits and bobs back into the spaces. Very therapeutic. And that's all I've got for today; a weather report, a dinner menu, and a card. Goofy, isn't it?! Take care everyone, and happy dances!!

Love this - white one white, like a snowy field! Love the inlaid snowflakes too, and how they extend beyond the heart's edge! So glad you joined us at CASology this week, my friend!
KA-THUNK!!! (would type it in a larger font if I could!!!). Absolutely stunning! I'm thinking that all the lovely white space definitely makes this a 'legal' entry CAS-ology. In fact, IMHO, this pretty is heading to the winner's circle of above mentioned challenge!
Sooooooo nice to see you out and about blogland! Bet it feels great to get crafty...especially with the glorious aroma of slow cooker roasted pork wafting through the air as you craft.
Okay, now I'm hungry. Good thing it is almost time to go home!!!
This is beautiful!! I cannot believe you put all those little bits back!! It gives me a headache just thinking about it. I really love the white on white that you used for this card. Really nice design.
We had some flurries up here this morning. I had two large pots of chili cooking on the stove. Winter is approaching! Your beautiful card tells me to embrace it, it's beautiful! Well done not losing any of those tiny pieces on the craft room floor! So glad you're feeling well.
Your gorgeous card might spot several layers but with all that white space it is still CAS. At least IMHO...
How patient you must be to fiddle with those little pieces! The effort was worth it as the result looks stunning!
Very nice, and pretty! Glad you have the gumption "to feel better" - it means you're on your way!
I absolutely LOVE this, Bev. You have so many great cards on your blog. I'm enjoying browsing around. I won't leave a novel (like I did on my other comment), but I really do hope that you will stop by and play along with us at Word Art Wednesday. We would really enjoy your fellowship, and your AMAZING art.
Hope to see you soon!

Wow this must have taken patience, not sure I would have found it relaxing!! But it looks fabulous, adore the white on white and so clever to make it look so CAS with all the subtle layers, great to see you at TO
It looks like a super CAS card with loads of interesting elements. So glad you're feeling much better Bev. Your dinner sounds delicious. Barbxx
Gorgeous, Bev. White on white is always so elegant and the layers add so much interest and texture.
Oh, it's so nice to have you back here in Blogland, Bev and I'm glad you're feeling better!!!! Would have loved to join you for dinner - sounds like a feast!!!! We've had strange weather lately, too - very, VERY hot on Wednesday and cold and rainy today and yesterday!!!
Your card looks wonderful and I'm sure it's fit for Casology!!! All the yummy layers and still perfectly CAS with all the lovely white space!!! The silver snowflakes are beautiful inlaid into the heart!!! This is another fabulous creation!!! So lovely!!!
Hugz
White on white is always nice to see and add in a little silver and you've got a winner!
Pat has a big pot of chili ready to go for tonight. Love this time of year! Your card is beautiful Bev. I love the inlaid dies!
Wow, Bev ... lovely layers of luscious white on white ... with just a touch of shimmery silver ... just beautiful! Dinner sounds good ... can I beam over??! Miss you, mon amie! Hugs & bisous, bisous, Anita :)
It's me again ... in my excitement, I hit publish too soon ... delighted to have you playing along with us at Time Out! Hugs & bisous, Anita :)
Very pretty! Love all the white with the hint of color. Great die too! Thanks for taking the Time Out to play with us!
Oh, Bev--this card is so very pretty and luscious looking. I would never take it out of the gallery! Wonderful use of hearts and also a fabulous winter card. Thanks so much for playing along at CASology and Time Out.
I think this more than qualifies for CASology - layered white space...love it!
So Beautiful and stylish! LOVE your card! Hugs!
I think the white on white layers keep it from being too froo-froo, Bev. I love how you've inlaid the snowflakes and let some peek over the edge of the heart. So sweet! And I'm so glad you're back up and about and feeling better. Big warm and cozy hugs to you, my friend, and thanks for playing along with CASology this week!
Bev, so glad you are feeling better.
I agree, I prefer the cooler temperatures over the HOT--any day!
Your pork roast sounds delicious & perfect for the cooler days.
What a lovely winter card! Fabulous use of the dies.
Have a wonderful week.
Gorgeous white on white - I love the heart with the silver snowflakes! Classy and elegant winter card! Thanks so much for taking the Time Out to play with us! Jill
Good to hear you are feeling a little bit better. Don't overdo it. In fact, I prescribe rest, creating and more rest... :)
How pretty your card looks - I bet it looks even better in person - shimmery perfection!
Love all the white layers with a bit of silver, very pretty and wintery!
LOVE everything about this!! I am such a winter lover - snowflakes in a heart perfectly captures how I feel!! I love your use of a bit of glittery paper on all of that wonderful white.
....Gasp! Bev, your white-on-white card is stunning! From the snowflakes to the heart to the fabulous winter die cut to the panels...oh my! Bring the smelling salts because I'm swooning! Great to hear you're feeling better. The crockpot meal sounds delicious (and why we don't have crockpot is beyond me...likely because Andy likes the 'activity' of cooking...). Our weather is already winter-ish; the snow from Monday is still on the ground in places. In fact, one of the nearby ski hills is opened for business, on partial real snow, partial made snow...
Hugs~c
