My tag card:
I started with a Michaels white base and added a black scrap panel and one of my last bits of Gina K. woodgrain papers. Cut an orange scrap with my SC tag die, and stamped the Verve sentiment with Versafine black ink, as well as those sweet little dot groups. The leaves are made with a heat embossed panel, then cut with my MFT die. An old aqua brad with its legs trimmed (did you hear it scream?) and a scrap of ribbon. And lastly, those little orange bits on the right...well, those are bugle bead thingies that came in a mix that I picked up at the sweet scrapbook/stamp store, Polka Dots. They're for shaker cards, but I thought they were the right size for this card. Obviously, I picked out the orange ones, and only four at that. Stuck them down with Glossy Accents. I'm not sure if Mr. Mojo plans on cooperating any more today, so will try and ignore him and maybe he'll try and impress me. In any case, happy dances everyone!

This is soooooo awesome! Love the additional feathers into the design :)
I love the rich colours you've used and those leaves are lovely. It looks great with the wood bark EF background. Barbxx
Mr Mojo has been ignoring me totally when it comes to this tag. I think I need to just go for it. I love your take on it. Looks brilliant on that card.
Oh how lovely!! I like that you used a wood cut embossed background to showcase that beautiful leaf tag. Great design!!
Love your take on the inspiration. Those leaves are gorgeous!
Bev your tag card and leaves are gorgeous! I love the woodgrain background too! Sometimes mornings are just slow going.
Looks like Mr. Mojo is working just fine to me, love that subtle background x
Woodgrain panel... Yay :)
Cutting legs of brads... (no I didn't hear anything, but if I had I'm not sure what I could have done to help, anyway. Held it down for you so it didn't struggle)?
Lovely card, Bev... whether Mr Mojo helped or not :)
Thanks for playing along with us at Tag You're It. X
Perfect tag!Love the leaves!
Lovely little tag, on a gorgeous [last piece??] of wood-grain cardstock ... you'll have to get more, Bev!! REally gorgeous leaves!
=]
Love those gorgeous embossed leaves, Bev!
Oh Bev, what a gorgeous combination of rich colour with wonderful metallic leaves ... they're so striking against that delicious texture-y woodgrain! Hugs & bisous, bisous, my friend, Anita :)
Mr. Mojo is such a fickle fellow. He and I are sometimes not on speaking terms but I try to play nice so that he won't run away forever. It looks like he was quite contrite to leave you alone in the morning because he came through with flying colors to inspire you with this beauty. The embossed leaves are simply gorgeous and I love how your tag looks against that textured background. I have some similar paper and am afraid to use it because I suffer from don't-use-things-in-your-stash-cuz-then-it-will-be-gone-forever-itis. Crafting is a dangerous business.
Texture, sheer polkie dot ribbon and stunning metallic leaves = WINNER, WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! Love the perfectly randomly placed berry dots...'specially the unexpected orange ones!
Bev, those golden leaves are just gorgeous! I love the bugle beads echoing the pattern of the Verve stamp and that blue brad with the black ribbon is perfect! Such a beautiful fall card! Thanks for joining in on the fun over at Tag, You're It!
WOW! Your gold leaves are amazing!! I love the embossed detail and the richness and elegance they add! The woodgrain emboss panel and pop of blue on the button just make it even better!
Gold is always a good choice and I like the white embossed background. Thank you for joining us at Tag You're It Challenge.
Mojo or no mojo... this looks LOVELY!
