After Sam came out, baby Kaylin ran to show grandma her dress. She looked so cute in her green dress and sweater, and had little flower sandals on too. Then she ran back into her bedroom and came out wearing this...I laughed so hard mommy and daddy came to see what was going on.
Pretty darn funny for an 18 month old child.
Now, onto bloggish things...I wanted to play along with CASology this week, having been treated like a queen at Tad and Marsha's, their cue card just seemed perfect.
I was not so much stumped, as what I wanted to make just didn't pan out. But after some adjustments, I did come up with something a little royal. Inside it reads, "For the royal treatment".
For a bit of a change up, I made a square card at 4.25 x 4.25. The base is Bazzill, the font is computer generated, and once again, all other papers are scraps (woohoo)!! The three little blings are from want 2 scrap. And that's all. Super easy. Happy dances everyone!

Yes, you deserve to be proud of those sweet little ones! Samantha is absolutely sweet as pie! I'm sure Kaylin is just as sweet (a bit hard to tell under the mask). You must have howled! Priceless pics. Their house looks absolutely beautiful - love the colors of the walls. The area rug colors would make an awesome card!
Speaking or awesome card....fabulous idea and gorgeous layout. Love the layers and the beautiful script font that you used. They are going to be thrilled when they get this!
Nice to have you back in blog land!
Oh, these photos are just the cutest. What a pair of sweethearts and I am looking forward to seeing more of your photos.
Your card is just as cute, what an adorable crown too. Sounds like you had a wonderful time.
Your little grand-kidlets are just the sweetest, Bev ... not surprising you're a pround Grandma! That's some colour sense Kaylin has ... the mask matches her cute sweater! Ditto Geri on the house ... and that's just what I thought about the rug too ... very Mondrian!
What a wonderful card ... your joy from the weekend shines out from evey little bit of it!
Happy Thursday, my friend ... Anita :)
You have adorable grandchildren, Bev! They are both delightful!
Love your card - such a clever take on the theme! Yay for using scraps too.
Yep, that is all really good news. Happy dance worthy! So glad you had a great time. Need to enjoy time with the little ones cuz they turn into big ones so fast! Love that mask - see what happens when you're the youngest?!?!? Great thank you card for them too. Obviously a cardmaker/challenge player brain in action there ;)
aww, those grandkids are so cute. But I don't need to tell you that. The thank you card is such a great idea.
Yuor grandgirls are so adorable, and at nearly the same age as my niece and nephew, I know how well they're charged with energy, imagination, antics, shenanigans and all-around cuteness! Hope you spoiled and pampered them silly!
Your royal card is wonderful; perfect 'thank you' for royal treatment, indeed! Hope you're happy dancing today; I am...in puddles...
