Time Out and Tracey

I've got a couple of things to share this evening. The first one is a tag made for Tracey's 25 Days of Christmas Tags. I've been quickly peeking at the creations all along, but only found time and energy to make a tag today. I was inspired by tags which Zsofia Molnar made for Day 5. I'll show you her sweet tags:

Here's my tag:

No kitty on this tag, instead, I opted for snowflakes. The gingham is from MFT, the sentiment and the snowflakes are from LF, the box and the scalloped border are from ME, and the fishtail tag is from PPP.

I'm also playing along at Time Out where we're to use black, white, and one other color.

Since I needed several masculine cards to fill the kids Christmas present boxes, I went with this design:

The stripes and the kraft are from my scrap files, and the bow tie is a Studio Calico stamp. Avery Elle sentiment. EZPZ. Seriously EZ. Might make more of this design....Anyway, I've got to go finish up in the kitchen so will catch you again soon. As always...

You've done a fantastic CASE of Zsofia's sweet tags, Bevie! I, um, I'm not sure, I mean, I love how you have the snowflakes falling into your box, but I sure hope you have some of those freezer paks in there. You know? Cuz otherwise, well, I'm not sure bout that, thazall I'm saying. And I do love your snazzy manly birthday card with a classy bow tie and stripey border! That's a perfect batch-making design!! ❤Hugs, Darnell

Awwwwww...what a sweet, sweet tag with the snowflakes falling in the box Bev! Of course having lived in Michigan all my life, I'm thinking like Darnell and wondering if you lined the box with plastic???? But all practicality aside, that is one adorable little tag! Love your guy card too...perfectly "manly"!! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and didn't over do yourself! We had all 3 girls home and the 2 grandbabies here, so I was one happy (but tired when it was over!!) mama!! Now on to the next celebration!! Have a great weekend my friend! Hugs. :0)

Wow, your tag is perfect--love the red and white. And, your card is such a wonderful design for a birthday card that will be perfect for any recipient. Thanks so much for playing along at Tracey's 25 Days of Christmas Tags and Time Out.

Wildly cheering that you've 'played tag' with us, sweet friend...and such a delightful tag it is! Pretty gingham, a wonderful red box and a flurry of snowflakes...three of my favourite things! I love that the snow is collecting in the box; if it were here, those snowflakes would be perfectly fine-and-frozen until, oh...late April, at the earliest!
How dapper your manly-man card, so stylish with a bow tie and stripes! Definitely handsome in every way!
Hope your energy is returning after your Thanksgiving festivities and, especially, supervising the Baking Crew! Looking forward to a catch-up!
Hugs, love and misses,
~c

Snowflakes falling into a box - how cute and creative is that? Love the color scheme, the gingham, and the polka dots! What a fun tag!
Your masculine birthday card is awesome with the bow tie, the stripey border, and the sentiment is perfect!

I'm thinking that flurry of soft snowflakes could be drifting out of the box in a gentle breeze, Bev! Falling in or drifting out, it's a charming and sweet take on the inspiration ... and so fun! How handsome is the black, white and kraft ... that cute bow tie is deliciously dapper ... perfect with the striped cummerbund-y border! Delighted to have you playing along with us at Time Out, mon amie! Big hugs and bisous, Anita :)
