Case This Sketch

I've got one errand to run in just a few minutes, so will keep this short. I saw the sketch at CAS(E) This Sketch, and wasn't sure I could make anything work. As it turns out, something came to mind and worked the first time around! So happy it did!!

My take looks like this:

Lately, I'm enamored of Gina K's ivory cardstock. Had to use it here along with a few scraps from the blue folder. They've been cut with a PPP die - isn't that just the sweetest??!! The sentiment is from SSS, and the flat, red sequins are from Amy Tsuruta. (Thanks Amy!!) While there are tons of patterns in the papers, because just a hint is showing, surrounded by all that ivory, it remains pretty CAS. And I'd better get moving, kids. Have a great day!

  1. I pulled out ivory cardstock for the first time in a really long time this weekend. We must have been on the same wave length. Love how you used the edger dies. Delicate and gorgeous Bev.

  3. At the moment, I running away from this sketch; angles and I have 'issues'! You, however, have risen to the challenge and WOW! Your card is awesome! I recently welcomed edger dies into my collection; maybe I should retrace my steps and 'think about' joining the challenge. We shall see....
