Muse 17

Have to do this fast today. It's going on the third day in a row of migraines...bad ones. They are starting at about this time for the last few days and then that's the end of my day. So this will be quick.

Muse has a great inspiration card done by the wonderful Therese Calvird. It's just darling as you can see:

My inspiration were the threes and layers, along with the baby theme:

Everything used, as far as paper goes were scraps (again, yay!) Bazzill white card base, SU stamps Nursery Necessities, MME pin, Kaiser bling, and Jeni Bowlin ink. Happy dances everyone.

  3. My goodness girl! How are you managing to craft with a head that is exploding? I admire your determination!

This card is gorgeous! The blue gingham and kraft card stock are absolutely divine! Totally rocking the baby boy card here dear friend! Love the bit of bling and the sa-weet hat pin holding the sentiment!

    ABSOLUTELY fabulous!

  4. Hi Bev, trying to get caught up on comments again...this is just too cute. I love that blue gingham too, and with those stars with all letters, just perfect with white and kraft! Love it.

  5. I'm a migraine sufferer too, Bev! Aren't they awful?! Drugs, sleep and an icepack seem to help me but they sure wipe you out.

Such a cute card! And yay for using just scraps!

  7. Fabulous card, Bev! The stars, colours, patterns, theme add up to one thing: winning combination! Super duper sweet (and you're using up those scraps, so I'm thinking some shopping must be on the agenda)!
Your migraines sound nasty; wishes that you'll be feeling better soon! You have things to do (and your fans to enterain!).

  9. Your card is so different from Therese's, but a perfect example of being moved by the muse. Baby. Gentle. Three. Flag. Total sweetness, Bev.
Hope you have a great trip!

  10. Oh Bev, I'm sorry about your migraines. It's clearly not impacting the creativity part of your brain, though -this is really sweet! Love the 'baby boy' take on Therese's Muse. Thanks for playing along!

  11. I'm sorry you've had another cluster of migraines, Bevie. Interesting that so many of us crafters suffer from them. I admire your tenacity to keep on crafting and do so amazingly well! I'm usually too dopey the next day to do anything productive. Your unique take on this week's MUSE is another winner, totally awesome!! Take care!
